Mike, I want to thank you again for prompt service and for spending time with me in showing me how to run all the upgrade's you did to my lap top. She (my computer) is running fast and smooth. We are still thrilled with our new computer. I don't get on it much but Gary sure does. So far all things going great and love the Trend security........It caught something the other day on my lap top. Again.......thank you so much for what you have done for us. It's a nice feeling to know there is someone you can turn to when needed for computer problems or questions.
